The school takes every opportunity to reach out into the community, and is ideally placed to benefit from all that Stone has to offer.
Children regularly visit Christ Church, and often conduct local studies throughout the town. We link with other cluster schools and often visit other places of interest. We welcome a variety of visitors to the school to share their knowledge and expertise with us. We are proud of our links with the Police and other emergency services.
We have also developed a link with St Mary's Nursing Home and have been to sing to their residents. We are hoping to do some further work with them this year and in the future.
We like to put our Christian values into action and support a range of charities throughout the year. Recently, we decided to collect produce for harvest which we donated to the Stone Food Bank and we support Christian Aid through our Christmas Jumper Day.
